TL;DR: Vlak 3D collects no data whatsoever. It requests no permissions, has no internet access, contains no ads, no analytics and no in-app purchases. Everything stays on your device.

1. Introduction
Vlak 3D ("the app", "the game") is a single-player puzzle game developed by Jaroslav Tomecek. It is a first-person 3D remake of the 1993 DOS game Vlak by Miroslav Němeček.
This policy explains what the app does and does not do with information. It is short because the app is simple: it does not collect, transmit, or share anything.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Vlak 3D does not collect, store on any server, transmit, sell, or share:
- Names, email addresses, or any contact details
- Accounts or login credentials — the game has no accounts
- Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or IP addresses
- Location data of any kind
- Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or files
- Usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry
- Payment or financial information
- Any data about you at all
3. What the Game Stores on Your Device
The game saves a single small file in its own private storage area on your device. That file contains exactly two things:
- Which levels you have completed — so your progress is remembered and the next level unlocks.
- Your chosen train speed (Relaxed, Normal, or Original).
That is the entire contents. It holds no identifiers and nothing personal. It never leaves your device, and it is not readable by other apps. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
4. Permissions
Vlak 3D requests no permissions at all. The Android package declares zero uses-permission entries, and the iOS build requests no permission prompts. The game needs no access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage, or any other protected capability.
5. Internet Access
The game contains no networking code. It does not connect to the internet, does not download or upload anything, and works entirely offline. There is no server behind it.
6. Advertising and In-App Purchases
There are no advertisements, no advertising SDKs, no in-app purchases, and no subscriptions. Nothing in the app attempts to identify you for marketing purposes.
7. Third-Party Services
The game embeds no third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social SDKs. It is built with the Godot Engine, which is bundled into the app as a runtime and does not itself collect data from players.
If you obtained the app through Google Play or the Apple App Store, those stores operate under their own privacy policies for the download and payment process. That relationship is between you and the store; the app itself receives nothing from it.
8. Children's Privacy
Vlak 3D is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing that could be gathered from a child under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR). No parental consent mechanism is required because no personal data is ever processed.
9. Data Security
Data that is never collected cannot be breached, leaked, or misused. The only stored information is the local progress file described in section 3, protected by your device's own application sandbox.
10. Your Rights
Privacy regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA grant rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data held about you. We hold no such data, so there is nothing to request. You retain complete control over the only file the game creates: deleting the app's data or uninstalling the app removes it permanently.

13. Attribution
Vlak 3D is a remake of Vlak (1993) by Miroslav Němeček, whose original graphics, sounds and source code were released as freeware with explicit permission for reuse. The original artwork and sound design are used under that permission. This note is included for credit and licensing clarity; it has no bearing on privacy.
